Why do people write now and then

Many post start like I don't write for a while, then I'll be writing frequently. BULLSHIT. Do you believe a people forget to write ? Why don't they forget to breath. So I wanna know why I can't open the website https://hudson.dev.java.net/ in my internet at home. My friend at his 3G connection can. I have a professional internet connection. I should have been in a place where this things don't happen. I don't like to complain about everything, but there should be a limit. I need to draw a line. I just need a good internet connection where I live.
